Logistics and operations City: SONORA Publication date: May 26, 2026 Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Description: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT NEEDED** **Education** Academic level: University-level education—either incomplete or completed. **Experience Profile** Warehouse: 6 months. Data analysis; identifying and improving deviations in key performance indicators; conducting inventory counts; controlling item inflows and outflows. Personnel management; negotiation to resolve conflicts. **Decision-Making** Require immediate delivery of the missing item, along with the operator’s TR2 / Route Assistant’s signature acknowledging the incident during reconciliation. Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes require fuel efficiency audits. Manage the location of pending items on the platform. Track penalties arising from reconciliation incidents. **Main Responsibilities** Obtain information regarding TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies. Identify each shipping guide with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Record, locate, and manage all shipments pending route dispatch on the platform. Physically verify items on the platform and confirm that every item has a pending status recorded on the platform. Report reconciliation results for TR1, TR2, and fuel efficiency audits to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits.
