**Soluciona y Evoluciona is seeking a Logistics Monitoring Specialist in Lomas De Chapultepec - Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are hiring! We are looking for an **Export Monitoring and Logistics Specialist** with experience in operational tracking, transportation, and national/international logistics coordination, primarily to the United States and Canada. If you have experience in GPS monitoring, food/agro-industry logistics, and shipment control, this opportunity is for you. **Key responsibilities** 1\. Real-time vehicle monitoring via GPS and CCTV 2\. Full tracking of scheduled trips and on-time delivery performance 3\. Coordination of shipments from origin to final delivery 4\. Management and review of export documentation: 5\. Carta Porte (Mexican transport document) 6\. Pedimentos (Mexican customs declarations) 7\. Commercial invoices 8\. Packing lists, customs certificates, and permits Extensive coordination with clients, logistics operators, and carriers, as well as incident management—including road incidents, thefts, or emergencies. Communication with insurance providers and relevant authorities. Preparation of operational reports, incident reports, and delivery evidence. **Required profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field 2–3 years of experience in logistics, monitoring, or transportation Experience in agricultural, food, or export-oriented companies Proficiency in GPS systems, monitoring platforms, and operational reporting Knowledge of export processes and cross-border procedures **Key competencies** Organization and follow-up Analytical ability Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Effective communication and teamwork **We offer** Salary: $20,000 monthly gross Statutory benefits and, starting from the 3rd month: Food vouchers: $1,350.00, IMSS (Mexican Social Security), and life insurance Job stability and professional growth opportunities Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 08:00–17:00 hrs Are you interested—or do you know someone ideal for this position?
