Description
We are seeking a committed **Manufacturing Intern**, interested in developing within an industrial environment and actively participating in production processes, continuous improvement, and plant support.
**Requirements:**
* Student from the **7th semester onward** in the following fields:
* Industrial Engineering
* Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
* Manufacturing Engineering
* Process Engineering or related field
* Reside in **Apodaca or nearby areas** (preferred)
* Proactive, responsible attitude with strong interest in learning on the shop floor
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Excel**
* Availability to work **Monday through Friday**
**Responsibilities:**
* Support in manufacturing processes and production areas
* Monitoring of **production metrics** (scrap, efficiency, cycle times, etc.)
* Support in **continuous improvement** (5S, Kaizen, process standardization)
* Preparation and updating of **operational forms, reports, and records**
* Support in process mapping and flowchart development
* Support in inventory management and material control
* Tracking of work orders and departmental requisitions
* Support in implementing corrective actions on the production floor
* Scanning and archiving of departmental documentation
* General support to manufacturing supervisors and coordinators
* **Direct contract with CAINTRA**
* **Monthly financial support**
* Opportunity to participate in **real-world manufacturing projects**
* **Minimum duration of 6 months**
* Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM**
* **Continuous training** in manufacturing processes and plant operations
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $8,500\.00 per month
