Contribution to compliance with standards and procedures **Proser Grupo Constructor.** **We are seeking:** **Management Systems Assistant (QMS)** **Objective:** Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS, ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures, and legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Document Control:** Prepare, update, and control QMS documents (manuals, procedures, forms). * **Audits:** Collaborate in planning and conducting internal audits, as well as follow-up on corrective actions. * **Indicators:** Collect, analyze, and report performance indicators. * **Training:** Support staff training on quality-related topics. * **Verification:** Inspect processes to ensure compliance with standards. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Administration, Quality, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in QMS-related activities (preferred). * **Knowledge:** ISO 9001 standard, document management, flowcharts, and auditing. * **Tools:** Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive. **Skills:** * Analytical and observational ability. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Position Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site. * Schedule: Full-time.
