As the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include direct supervision of maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and management of spare parts and tools inventories. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between maintenance teams and production departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of any technical issues that arise.
