That’s what makes us Roche. **Opportunity:** The intern will support the logistics department in administrative and operational activities related to the delivery and retrieval of instruments, in accordance with compliance requirements and established procedures within company policies, to successfully execute projects and achieve sales objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with various departments the installation and commissioning of diagnostic equipment based on policies, to successfully execute projects and meet sales targets. * Request procurement of diagnostic equipment/accessories according to commercial area demand. * Coordinate with the services and logistics department for retrieval of diagnostic instruments. * Maintain the installed base (project updates, instrument updates per installation site) \- SAP. * Track process indicators. * Maintain healthy inventory control of instruments. **Who You Are:** **Passion for Purpose:** You are motivated by knowing that your behind-the-scenes work enables patients to receive timely diagnoses. **Agility:** You adapt quickly to change and easily prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. **Integrity:** Compliance with regulations and policies is fundamental to you; you handle information and inventory ethically and responsibly. **Analytical Mindset:** You enjoy working with data and metrics to measure the success of your activities. **Resilience and Focus:** You understand that logistics presents unexpected challenges; you remain calm under pressure and focus on finding effective solutions rather than stopping at obstacles (frustration tolerance). **Innovation Mindset:** You do not settle for "that’s how it’s always been done."
