Main Responsibilities Supervise the machinery fleet (backhoes, mini-loaders, aerial work platforms, and generators). Coordinate logistics for delivery, pickup, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and expense control. Analyze profitability indicators by machinery type. Coordinate operational and technical staff, promoting safety and regulatory compliance. Required Profile Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; Business Administration; or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in management/director-level roles in construction, equipment rental, or logistics. Knowledge: Heavy equipment operation and maintenance, industrial safety regulations, equipment logistics. Competencies: Leadership, decision-making, negotiation, strategic planning, financial management, and effective communication. Software: Intermediate Excel.
