We are seeking a Junior Engineer to document, supervise, and improve processes, promote 5S, and enhance safety and hygiene. Responsibilities * Document and update procedures. * Supervise proper implementation of processes. * Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. * Conduct internal audits (processes, safety and hygiene, 5S). * Train staff on procedures and standards. * Prepare progress and results reports. * Lead the Safety and Hygiene Committee. Requirements * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Age: 20 to 35 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Minimum 1 year of experience in processes or continuous improvement. * Proficiency in Office applications (Intermediate Excel or Power BI). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and safety and hygiene practices (preferred). Skills * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. * Proactivity and results orientation.
