This role focuses on web development, so we seek someone who is passionate about programming and eager to apply their knowledge to real-world projects. You will participate in developing web-based solutions aimed at improving and automating internal processes, actively contributing to the creation of technological tools—an excellent opportunity for continuous learning, technical development, and professional growth within the IT department. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field (recent graduates preferred). **Availability:** Full-time. **Language:** Intermediate English. **Essential Technical Skills:** * Programming (any structured or object-oriented language). * Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or similar). * Database management. * Execution of queries (SQL). * Basic concepts of networks and systems. **Key Competencies:** * High level of proactivity and self-directed learning attitude. * Genuine interest in learning and growing within the IT field. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Basic user support for software and hardware. * Support in the development and maintenance of technological solutions. * Execution of database queries and information analysis. * Participation in IT department projects. * Documentation of technical processes and activities. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
