Implement improvements in inventory control processes Job Description and Activity Details **Job Summary:** The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for controlling, supervising, and ensuring the proper administration of the company’s inventories, guaranteeing record accuracy, material availability, and compliance with established processes. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and preventing discrepancies or stockouts. Experience and Requirements **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate inventory area activities. * Ensure accuracy of physical inventories vs. system (ERP/MRP). * Coordinate and execute cycle counts and inventory audits. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. * Control material receipts, issues, and movements. * Implement improvements in inventory control processes. * Supervise warehouse personnel assigned to the inventory area. * Generate inventory reports and KPIs (accuracy, turnover, obsolescence). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance departments. * Manage warehouse locations, layouts, and organization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or warehousing. * Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory control. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate English (preferred).
