Our expertise spans standardized operations and multimodal shipping solutions, as well as customized industrial projects. **We have an excellent opportunity for you as an Infrastructure Intern, based in CDMX.** **What will be your primary objective in this position?** To provide administrative and operational support within the IT department. **What will you do in this position?** * Support infrastructure projects * Analysis of service reports * Monitoring infrastructure incident reports (servers, network links, computing equipment, printers, SharePoint) * Server and application management * Process automation **What can you bring to this position?** * Advanced English * Excel proficiency * Knowledge of systems and electronics * Microsoft Office proficiency * Currently enrolled in the 5th semester or later of a bachelor’s degree program in Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field **Why should you join our team?** You’ll have the opportunity to work for an international company in a multicultural environment.
