Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical engineer or related professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance programs, ensure machinery functionality, and lead a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and develop the maintenance team 2. Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment 3. Implement and monitor maintenance indicators **REQUIREMENTS**: * Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering or related degree * Experience maintaining cutting equipment * Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics * Experience with high-voltage calculations * Experience maintaining CNC machines, bending machines, laser cutters, routers, etc. * Familiarity with maintenance indicators * Personnel management experience **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. * Ensure proper operation of machines and tools, critical equipment, and industrial services. * Lead and develop the maintenance team (task assignment, training, and performance evaluation). * Implement and monitor maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability, unplanned stoppages). * Coordinate technical shutdowns, line startups, and major maintenance activities. * Obtain spare parts quotations from suppliers and manage administrative follow-up. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (LOTO, work at height, confined spaces).
