Bring your curiosity, your expertise, and your collaborative energy, and together, we’ll turn bold ideas into tangible solutions for our customers and contribute to a more sustainable tomorrow. **We are looking for**: Inbound Logistics Coordinator. **Position Mission**: Ensure the daily execution of inbound transportation activities for RDC Toluca operations, aiming to stabilize the process, guarantee operational continuity, and strengthen structured tracking of key activities while consolidating productivity and organizational improvements. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (*Degree holder*). **Experience**: 3–5 years in administration and management of imports, logistics, transportation, operations, and processes related to Supply Chain and international trade; as well as intermediate/advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI. **Languages**: English (*Advanced*). **Key Responsibilities**: * Ensure efficient operations in the Inbound Transportation area. * Ensure continuity, operational stability, and disciplined compliance throughout the assignment period. * Organize, track shipments in detail, and control processes. * Familiarity with effective logistics and international transportation dynamics to coordinate shipments efficiently with carriers, interact with logistics providers, and manage customs clearance processes. * Accountability for achieving departmental objectives. * Continuous control and monitoring of activities to meet *on-time delivery targets*, ensuring traceability of import shipments, visibility, adherence to delivery timelines (ETAs), and timely resolution of deviations. * Maintain Excel and Power BI controls with updated, complete, and accurate information. * Maintain a proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. * Review/update operational procedures. * Collaborate with related departments to achieve customer objectives and on-time deliveries. **Location**: *C.
