Position Summary: We are seeking a General Services Coordinator to define and implement operational controls, supervise service delivery, and manage resources and personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on operational and administrative processes A 100% Mexican company focused on the Food sector is looking for a **General Services Coordinator** for its work unit in Ramos Arizpe, Coah. Responsibilities Define and implement new operational controls to ensure safe conditions and actions for the operational staff under coordination. \* Ensure and supervise compliance with activities related to service delivery \* Prepare reports, KPIs, RMDP, among others \* Verify personnel attendance \* Enforce established Occupational Health and Safety (SST) objectives \* Manage and allocate resources, personnel schedules, pre-payrolls, etc. Requirements \* Age +30 years \* Proven experience of +2 years in similar positions \* Degree: Industrial or Systems Engineering; completed or incomplete \* Willingness to relocate \* Experience managing personnel \* Knowledge of operational and administrative processes related to cleaning, landscaping, fumigation, building maintenance, pest control, and nuisance wildlife management.
