General Accountant

At Spinalab, we are seeking an **organized, analytical, and proactive Accountant** who wishes to join our team and contribute to the company’s proper financial control. This position is critical to **ensuring transparency, accuracy of financial information, and tax compliance**, supporting management in strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Review the company’s daily **revenue, expense, and fixed-cost transactions**. * Review **bank movements, sales, fixed and variable expenses**. * Analyze and review **monthly financial statements**. * Review weekly **payment requests from various departments**. * Manage and oversee the **weekly cash flow**. * Review and validate **tax receipts for all company transactions**. * Validate the **calculation and payment of monthly taxes**. * Record **warehouse inflows and outflows**. * Conduct **cyclical and annual inventories**. * Handle and follow up on **accounting audits**. * Manage and follow up on **customer collections**. * Implement and utilize artificial intelligence tools for automating and optimizing financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting processes. **Requirements** Proven experience in: * **Accounts receivable** * **Accounts payable** * **Treasury** * **Taxation** * **Accounting records** * Knowledge of **electronic invoicing (CFDI)**. * Proficiency in **intermediate or advanced Excel**. * Experience with **accounting systems or ERP** is desirable. * Knowledge of data analysis, Business Intelligence, and automation tools. * Experience using artificial intelligence applied to financial processes and report generation is desirable. * Knowledge of data analysis, Business Intelligence, and automation tools Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Which ERP or accounting system have you used? * Which accounting and financial processes do you master? * Do you have experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable? * What is your salary expectation? * Have you used artificial intelligence tools to automate financial processes or generate reports?
