Then join our team as **Field Electrical Technician** ============================== **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Execute, train, supervise, and guide installation and commissioning activities for data networks, controller installation, software setup, and general equipment assembly at customer sites, distributors/representatives, technicians, and contractors, following Big Dutchman product technical specifications and manuals * Execute, train, supervise, and guide preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment, control panels, motors, and associated electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with the company’s quality standards * Diagnose faults and perform repairs by reading and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical assessments; disassemble, recover, reassemble, test, and replace components as required * Execute, guide, and supervise emergency maintenance; respond to service requests via service orders, conduct risk analyses, and manage spare parts requisitions * Support planning and scheduling of after-sales services and installations (identifying resource, material, and labor requirements) * Provide after-sales support and technical guidance via phone calls, messages, emails, remote access, and on-site visits * Prepare reports documenting all interventions/services performed * Ensure compliance with internal policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations * Maintain up-to-date mandatory certifications for electrical work in accordance with applicable regulations and Safety Department guidelines * Ensure service quality and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and uniforms **Requirements / Technical Education** ---------------------------------- * Technical or university education in Automation, Electricity, Electronics, or Mechatronics * Knowledge of electrical controls/automation, PLCs, and residential/commercial/industrial electricity * Knowledge of electropneumatics (desirable) * Frequent travel required * Intermediate English (desirable). **What’s Your Opportunity?** You will become part of a dynamic and challenging work environment characterized by flat hierarchies and open, constructive cooperation.
