Position Summary: Coordinate and oversee fixed asset management—from planning, SAP entry, and administration of investment project execution—ensuring updates, replacements, and compliance. Focus on safety, quality, and compliance **Engineering Projects Specialist** **Location:** Fab Ocotlán. **Position Purpose:** Coordinate and monitor fixed asset management—from project planning via CIAT, SAP entry, and administration of investment project execution. This lifecycle includes the end-to-end (E2E) process in SAP and best practices per NSAT for investment projects. Through these responsibilities, factory operations are ensured to be updated, replaced, expanded in capacity, equipped with new products, and compliant. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 1 year in the role; PMI experience; civil, mechanical, and general industrial construction experience preferred. * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and Navis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project. * Intermediate English language proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\- Register investment projects using the CIAT tool to secure the factory’s investment package. 2\- Register investment projects in the SAP system to create the project administratively and enable physical execution. 3\- Support and manage execution of the assigned investment project budget to adhere to budget constraints and avoid impacting production costs. 4\- Coordinate internal and external project members through leadership and teamwork to ensure project execution according to established timelines. 5\- Deliver As-Built drawings upon project completion for documentation submission to the SAP Maintenance Management system (AMM). 6\- Manage significant food safety aspects—including operational prerequisites, CCPs, GMPs, operational controls, quality, environmental, occupational safety, and health—related to activity execution during online monitoring, to ensure compliance with declared commitments. 7\- Identify and recognize hazards and risks within work areas, safeguarding both personal safety and that of others nearby. **Engineering Projects Specialist** **Location:** Fab Ocotlán. **Position Purpose:** Coordinate and monitor fixed asset management—from project planning via CIAT, SAP entry, and administration of investment project execution.
