At **Nuxiba**, a leading software and telecommunications company, we are seeking a **Telecommunications Data Analyst and Controller** with an administrative-technical focus and strong analytical capability in technological environments. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in IT, Telecommunications, Communications and Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field. * Experience in data analysis and SQL database management. * Knowledge of IFT regulatory processes. * **Applied knowledge in trunk, public IP, and ANI administration.** * Trunk administration in Asterisk. * Strong organizational skills, report generation, procedure management, dashboard creation, and analytical capability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize, request, and administer carrier service and resource **activations, deactivations, and modifications.** * Administer and control inventories of associated resources in the CRM, including: Trunks, public IPs, network segments, ANIs. * Administer Gateway Trunks (Asterisk). * Manage changes related to telecommunications infrastructure. * Respond to and follow up on IFT requests, including: Number portability, Electronic Window. * Provide attention, validation, and follow-up on Security and Justice requirements, ensuring: Timely initial response, correct and complete information submission, evidence of regulatory compliance. * Administer and support the NEON CDR or Billing application. * Support reconciliation of customer telephony consumption data. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs during probation period // Subsequently, rotating shifts: Morning shift Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 hrs; Evening shift Monday to Friday 11:00–20:00 hrs. * **On-call coverage required: 2 weekends per month**, according to team availability calendar. * Hybrid work scheme (3 days office, 2 days remote + on-call). * Food vouchers. * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood, Benito Juárez, CDMX.
