We are looking for: **Data Analysis Specialist** Location: Plaza Samara, Santa Fe (CDMX) Department: Operations Directorate – Operations Strategy Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience) Job Objective Design, analyze, and visualize institutional operational performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, deviations, and continuous improvement opportunities, thereby enabling data-driven strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities * Design and maintain operational and credit process metrics. * Prepare statistical reports and analyses to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop preventive monitoring dashboards for transactional operations. * Analyze payment method data and debit card transaction activity. * Generate reconciliation reports and tracking reports for findings. * Identify correlations, trends, and forecasts in operational flows. * Build clear visualizations for ad hoc analysis. * Generate, and occasionally upload, files for SPEI certification testing. * Collaborate with departments including Operations, Technology, Finance, Internal Control, and Data Hub. * Monitor operational deviations that may lead to losses and propose corrective actions. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Systems Engineering, Finance, or related field. * Minimum experience: 5 years in database analysis and predictive modeling. * 3 years of experience generating metrics, early-warning alerts, and dashboards. Technical Knowledge: * SQL (mandatory). * Advanced Excel (macros, financial formulas, pivot tables). * BI tools: Tableau, QlikSense, Looker, Data Studio, or similar. * Preferred: Experience in financial or banking environments.
