Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate staff involved in the collection, sorting, and flow of recyclable materials, ensuring compliance with targets and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. EHS assurance and operational leadership Description and details of duties * Supervise and coordinate recycling staff, including team leaders, forklift operators, and other operators. * Verify daily achievement of collection, sorting, and outbound targets for recyclable materials. * Control the flow of recycled materials between plants and the warehouse area. * Monitor personnel safety and discipline in work areas. * Plan staff allocation per shift and plant according to operational needs. * Record and report volumes of processed and dispatched recyclable materials. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with EHS standards in recycling zones. * Follow up on incidents, perform basic equipment maintenance, and coordinate with other departments (warehouse, quality, safety, transportation). Experience and Requirements * High school diploma or completed technical degree (Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in EHS supervision, recycling, or related fields. * Knowledge of handling recyclable materials, inventory control, and material dispatch. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Ability to coordinate shifts, production reporting, and industrial safety. * Flexible working hours availability. * Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative reporting tools. * Capacity for on-site decision-making. * Forklift operation experience preferred.
