Interpretation and monitoring of the various programs running the line. **Main Specific Responsibilities** * Responsible for corrective/systemic actions and fault resolution. * Main Specific Responsibilities * Preventive analysis * Corrective actions * Predictive actions * Promote safety, health, and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 and applicable standards. * OT Planner and Technician activities **Specific Tasks** * Comply with and implement established safety and hygiene regulations. * Comply with and implement internal regulations and legal requirements. * Responsible for managing and analyzing their specialization system. * Responsible for achieving and aligning with the established metrics as area objectives, with focus on their specialization area. * Responsible for managing and analyzing CS2000\. * Responsible for resolving software-related faults. * Responsible for generating corrective and systemic actions related to their specialization area. * Responsible for monitoring PLCs/IPCs and the logical sequence based on object-oriented programming. * Programming of axis actuators and movement of assembly lines. * Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of vision systems on assembly lines, including data matrix readers and vision sensors. * Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of laser marking systems on assembly lines. * Implementation of changes and/or improvements on the line through product understanding (technical drawings, parts lists, BOMs…) * Review, interpret, and apply changes to control and electrical diagrams/codes. * Support improvement activities. * Provide training to personnel regarding their specialization area. * Understand the environmental, safety, and occupational health objectives of their area and plant. * Understand the environmental aspects associated with their workplace, as well as the established operational controls for these aspects, and the hazards and risks in their work activities. * Understand the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Policy. * Identify the leader of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System and Environmental Management System. * Understand the emergency response plan and execute it when necessary. * Participate in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental training relevant to their position within the company. * Comply with the company’s health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Timely reporting of unsafe acts or conditions. * Compliance with procedures and tasks derived from OT Planner / Technician **Requirements** **Position Profile:** Education: a) Minimum Education Level: Technical degree b) Specialization: Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field c) English: Advanced d) Years of experience: 5+.
