You will support our team as
**Continuous Improvement Engineer (f/m/d)**

### **Responsibilities**
* Promote continuous improvement within the organization.
* Provide techniques, materials, and training on continuous improvement to the organization.
* Plan, organize, and lead continuous improvement events within the organization.
* Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in implementing lean tools.
* Track and report on continuous improvement courses within the organization.
* Review monthly KPIs related to the department.
### **Degrees / Certifications**
* Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience implementing lean tools in a similar role within the automotive industry.
* Green Belt desirable.
* Advanced English.
