Operation of CNC machines and quality verification **Job Objective:** Operate and control CNC machines for the manufacturing of metal parts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and established production timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operation of CNC machines (lathe, milling machine, or machining center). * Loading and unloading parts onto the machine. * Adjustment of basic parameters (offsets, tools, speeds). * Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Dimensional verification using measuring instruments. * Identification and reporting of process or equipment malfunctions. * Correction of basic production deviations. * Completion of production and quality reports. * Compliance with safety and quality standards. * Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness (5S). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Machine Tools, Industrial Mechanics, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** * 1–3 years operating CNC machines. * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, calibrator). * Basic knowledge of G- and M-codes (preferred). * Basic machine and tool adjustments. * **Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and discipline. * Results-oriented mindset. **Additional Requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work overtime. * Willingness to work in an industrial environment. **We Offer (Optional):** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Productivity / punctuality bonus. * Growth opportunity.
