**Mc Pack is a company dedicated to the manufacturing of automated machinery, and we are seeking hardworking individuals eager to learn and develop; we are looking for a CNC OPERATOR WITH NO EXPERIENCE.** **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma in Industrial Mechanics, Professional Technologist in Industrial Electricity, etc. * Age between 18 and 23 years old * Punctual * Hardworking and eager to learn and develop * Experience NOT required * Must live near the workplace **Responsibilities:** * Program and operate CNC machines on-site. * Interpret GD&T. * Read and interpret engineering drawings. * Handle tight tolerances. * Knowledge of cutting tools (wear, sharpening). * Use of measuring instruments. * Mounting parts. * Select and define optimal parameters for programmed CNC cuts. * Clean machines and work area. * Perform adjustments and compensations. * Tool setup on machines.
