We manufacture industrial valves such as overflow and straight-through types, butterfly valves, pinch valves, and tank bottom flush valves, as well as manual and automatic diaphragm manufacturing. **Position Description**: CNC Machining Supervisor **Department:** Production/Machining **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily machining area activities (CNC, lathe, milling machine, etc.). * Verify that production programs are completed according to established timelines and specifications. * Ensure machined parts meet drawings and technical specifications. * Validate correct interpretation of drawings by personnel under supervision. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and machinery. * Coordinate and follow up on workload allocation and staff distribution. * Supervise compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Support technical training for new and regular staff. * Prepare production and failure reports, and propose corrective actions. * Identify process deviations and participate in root cause analysis. * Request preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery when necessary. * Participate in internal or external audits related to quality and safety. **Knowledge:** * Interpretation of technical drawings and geometric tolerances (GD\&T). * Turning, milling, and CNC machining processes. * Cutting tools and machining parameters. * Quality control (use of measuring instruments: caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, etc.) * Industrial safety regulations (applicable NOMs). **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machining, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 to 3 years operating CNC machines (lathe, milling machine, machining center) **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Fixed shift from 08:00 to 17:30 * Mode: On-site * Location: Production Plant / Machining Area * Availability for overtime or extended shifts if required * Direct employment contract with the company Employment type: Permanent position Salary: $11,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site job
