CNC Machine Operator

Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an operator with experience in CNC machinery for maintenance, production process monitoring, blueprint interpretation, and application of continuous improvement standards. Key Highlights: 1. Basic CNC machine operation and maintenance 2. Participation in continuous improvement and troubleshooting 3. Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and symbology **Responsibilities:** * Basic CNC machine operation and maintenance * Monitoring of production and assembly processes * Interpretation of technical drawings and tolerances * Use of measuring instruments and cutting tools * Application of 5S and TPM standards * Recording and traceability of production orders * Participation in continuous improvement and troubleshooting **Requirements:** * Experience in manufacturing facilities or technology * Knowledge of MAZAK controls (preferred) * Proficiency with measuring instruments * Blueprint and symbology interpretation skills * Knowledge of hard materials such as stainless steel, 13C, and 25C (preferred) * Availability to work rotating three shifts Application Question(s): * What is your availability for joining? * What is your desired monthly salary?
