The **PEAK \& Productivity D\&T Engineer** is responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and analysis of productivity initiatives across Latin American Distribution Centers. This role has an operational and analytical focus, contributing to productivity goals through process and data analysis, report generation, support for continuous improvement projects, and adoption of digital tools—under the guidance of the PEAK \& Productivity D\&T Sr. Manager. **Key Responsibilities (not limited to):** * Support the identification, execution, and monitoring of productivity initiatives in Distribution and Transportation. * Support documentation of productivity and continuous improvement projects. * Collect, analyze, and validate operational and financial data related to productivity. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. * Support the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity reports. * Participate in basic project planning and tracking. * Support the use of digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI and Copilot. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT. * Escalate risks, deviations, and opportunities to the PEAK \& Productivity D\&T Sr. Manager. **Skills** * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Ability to learn and adapt to change. * Strong communication skills. * Organization and time management. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Interest in innovation and new technologies. **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. * Fundamentals of Project Management. * Strategic and tactical Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma experience and/or certification. **Technical Knowledge** * Power BI (intermediate level preferred). * Advanced Excel. * Data analysis and handling. * Basic knowledge of AI, Copilot, and Data Science. * Intermediate English. **Experience** * 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, continuous improvement, or operations. * Experience supporting projects in Supply Chain or Distribution Center environments.
