Manages procurement and negotiations with suppliers. 2. Analyzes costs, market trends, and inventory levels. 3. Collaborates with teams to ensure policy compliance. Job Description and Detailed Activities The Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing products, materials, and services required for company operations while ensuring the best cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity. * Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. * Create and manage purchase orders and follow up through delivery. * Analyze costs, market trends, and inventory levels. * Maintain optimal inventory and supply levels. * Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms. * Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and finance teams. * Monitor supplier performance through KPIs. * Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing. * Prepare purchasing reports, savings analyses, and consumption reports. * Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
