Job Description and Responsibilities * Requires advanced technical expertise in mold repair, maintenance, and precision machining. * The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and functionality of injection molds used in production. * Key responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining injection molds to ensure production continuity. * Perform precision machining using CNC, EDM, milling machines, and lathes. * Troubleshoot mold\-related issues efficiently and accurately. * Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Experience and Requirements * Experience in plastic injection molding environments * Expert\-level skills in mold repair and precision machining. Proven experience operating CNC, EDM, milling machines, and lathes. * Intermediate English (must be able to speak English) * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and time\-sensitive environment.
