Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Accounting student or intern to support bank reconciliations, accounting entries, and documentation at an accounting firm with 20 years of experience. With over 20 years of experience working alongside our clients, we are a team of specialists delivering business intelligence solutions. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / student having completed at least 70% of credits or intern. * Experience: Minimum of 6 months. **Responsibilities:** * Support in bank reconciliations. * Download information from SAT portal: XML files. * Assist in preparing accounting entries, including: (journal entries, income and expense entries) * DIOT (Taxpayer’s Monthly Operations Report). * Binding of working papers. * Archiving accounting and tax documentation (physical and digital). * Review supporting documentation. * Verify arithmetic operations. * Assist in coding and data entry into the Contpaqi accounting system. * Perform accounting clean-up tasks. * Support and collaborate in compliance activities and completion of accounting and tax reporting programs. * Organize and classify tax-related working papers. * Assist in entering tax reports. **Knowledge:** * Basic accounting knowledge. * Basic knowledge of accounting software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. **Skills:** * Organized * Attention to detail. * Sense of urgency. * Proactive. * Teamwork. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,500\.00 * Part-time schedule * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM * 100% on-site Position Type: Internship / Training Program Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Work Location Type: * On-site Workplace: On-site employment
