Position Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate in Accounting/Finance to support accounting operations—from voucher entry to report preparation and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Through our people, we strive to transform the world by pushing the boundaries of technology. ##### **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the recording and classification of accounting vouchers in accordance with internal policies and regulations. * Collaborate on the preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Record bank transactions and perform periodic bank reconciliations. * Assist in preparing basic accounting reports and monthly closing reports. * Support the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date accounting files and supporting documentation for journal entries. * Collaborate with the team in reviewing invoicing, tax withholdings, and taxes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for accounting procedures and system usage. * Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information flow. ##### **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of financial accounting and local tax regulations. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Prior experience (internships or traineeships) in accounting or administrative areas is desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively, be organized, and pay attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Immediate availability to join and attend our offices as required. ##### **We Offer:** * Internship contract with opportunities for professional development within the company. * Involvement in meaningful projects with direct mentorship from the accounting team. * Continuous training and learning opportunities in accounting processes and financial systems. * Benefits and wellness programs aligned with company policies. * An inclusive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and talent recognition.
