At **GDI Uniformes**, a leading Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of corporate and industrial apparel, we are seeking an Industrial **Pattern Maker** with solid experience in mass production and advanced proficiency in the **Gerber AccuMark** system. ***Essential Requirements:*** * Technical or university degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Pattern Making, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a pattern maker in mass production. * Proficiency in Gerber AccuMark (MANDATORY). * Experience in pattern drafting, grading, fit adjustments, digitization, and marker optimization. * Knowledge of garments intended for frequent use or high wear (uniforms, corporate wear, industrial wear, or medical apparel). ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Create digital patterns and accurately grade sizes according to design specifications. * Validate garment fit and functionality through fittings and wear tests. * Perform technical adjustments and optimize fabric consumption using the Gerber AccuMark system. * Coordinate with design, sampling, and production departments to ensure technical feasibility of styles. * Maintain organization and traceability of digital pattern files. * Ensure adherence to timelines and technical standards within the development department. *We Offer:* * Grocery vouchers: MXN $1,300 * Subsidized cafeteria * Savings fund * Life insurance * Statutory benefits.
