Use of design software and advanced technical knowledge A leading consumer goods company requires: Packaging Engineer Must reside in the vicinity of Tepotzotlán Availability to participate in a selection process involving multiple interviews. Minimum 3 years of experience in PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT (NOT QUALITY): including packaging management and improvement, generation of innovation proposals, production trials, development of material technical specifications, and validation of materials and their properties. Strong service orientation, timely and assertive communication skills, and proactive attitude. Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Engineering degree. Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, SolidWorks, or similar); AutoCAD is desirable. Knowledge of analytical quality techniques for packaging and applicable packaging standards; ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO/TS 22002-1. Proficiency in Office applications and SAP.
