Positive work environment and job stability. **Internal production vacancy at Sama Freigth** We are looking for a Laser Cutting Designer/Operator * Technical orientation and attention to detail; responsible for preparing files and operating laser cutting machinery * Ensuring correct execution of jobs according to customer drawings and specifications. **This position is key for quality, delivery times, and workshop efficiency.** **Responsibilities** * Design and preparation of laser cutting files * Interpretation of technical drawings * Operation of laser cutting machines (sheet and plate) * Nesting and material optimization * Basic adjustment of cutting parameters * Quality inspection of finished parts * Coordination with production, warehouse, and administrative departments * Workplace organization and cleanliness **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or related field (industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or similar) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in laser cutting (mandatory) * Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, or similar * Knowledge of nesting and material utilization * Basic knowledge of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) * Ability to meet delivery deadlines * Responsible, organized, and committed to continuous improvement **We Offer** * Working hours: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday * Base salary: $10,000–$12,000 MXN per month, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Training and growth opportunities within the workshop * Positive work environment Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Experience: * LASER CUTTING: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
