We are a rapidly growing company with national and international development, serving clients across all sectors. **Job Description** * Design and manufacturing of components that support process optimization * productive processes. * Tracking implementation and control of Small Improvements. * Development of Continuous Improvement Projects. * Time and Motion Studies. * Manufacturing Capacity Calculations (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Takt Time). * Documentation of Work Standards, Visual Aids, Work Instructions, etc. * Production line balancing. * Facilitation of multidisciplinary improvement project teams. * Documentation of Quality Management System. * Generation and follow-up of production improvement ideas. * Creation of Process Maps, Value Stream Maps. **Requirements** Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Parque Kalos \- Guadalupe Nuevo Leon Av.
