Join our great team **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **TULTITLÁN, STATE OF MÉXICO** Responsibilities: \- Supervise inbound and outbound goods, ensuring integrity and accuracy of records. \- Coordinate logistics for product receipt and dispatch, optimizing routes and delivery times. \- Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, implementing efficient storage practices. \- Conduct periodic inventories and product turnover analysis to minimize obsolescence. \- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and/or hydraulic pallet jacks. \- Delegate tasks to the work team. **Requirements:** \- Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. \- Experience in similar positions. **\- Prior warehouse work experience.** **\- Supervisory experience over personnel.** **\- Knowledge of import/export processes.** \- Handling of import/export documentation. \- Knowledge of ISO 9001\. \- Familiarity with contract manufacturing machinery. \- Gender-neutral. \- Complete documentation. \- Residency near workplace. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \- Knowledge of WMS or prior ERP system experience. \- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. \- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. \- Accustomed to physical labor. \- Client interaction (negotiations and conflict resolution) **We Offer:** \- Monthly net salary: **$18,000 to $25,000** (based on knowledge, attitude, and assessments), paid biweekly. \- Benefits exceeding legal requirements: Grocery vouchers ($500\), Punctuality bonus ($250\), and Attendance bonus ($250\), paid monthly and separate from salary. \- Statutory benefits (social security, year-end bonus, vacation, and vacation premium). \- Uniforms and safety boots. \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs, with flexible scheduling based on operational needs.
