This position is critical to ensuring proper material traceability, control, and flow across our national warehouses. **Requirements** **Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.** **Experience in:** Administrative warehouse and inventory control. SAP usage (receipts, shipments, purchase orders, consumption, and reporting). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, analysis). Material traceability and documentation. Monitoring of invoicing, purchase orders, and customs entries. Coordination with internal departments and national warehouses. Knowledge of commercial terms (warranties, penalties, delivery timelines). Intermediate English **Responsibilities** Manage and update inventories in SAP. Validate receipts, shipments, returns, and adjustments. Prepare inventory reports and reconciliations. Oversee shipping and receiving documentation. Manage warehouse KPIs (accuracy, turnover, cycle times). Track purchase orders, consumption, and invoicing. Monitor stock levels and propose replenishments. Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial terms.
