Job Summary: Logistics and Transportation Coordinator responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating transportation operations, freight logistics, and customer service for both import and export activities. Route optimization and anticipation of disruptions **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, or related field. * Knowledge of logistics, transportation, customer service, vehicle tracking, and service-oriented attitude. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in logistics or transportation. * Work mode: 100% on-site. **LOCATION:** Col. centro, Veracruz, Ver. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday as required by operational needs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation operations, personnel management, and resource allocation. * Address customer needs throughout the entire process—from cargo arrival, transportation, to final delivery. * Manage logistics for cargo arrival through to the customer’s warehouse in import cases. * Manage logistics for cargo movement from the warehouse to customs in export cases. * Monitor the corporate phone line for customer follow-up and cargo tracking to ensure enhanced communication coverage. * Coordinate custody arrangements for customers’ cargo. * Continuously monitor routes and transportation conditions to anticipate disruptions, optimize delivery times, and implement immediate solutions for any incidents. * Verify and assign additional costs—whether borne by the customer, custody provider, or absorbed by the company. * Request and track payments related to transportation services. * Verify transportation availability and conditions. **WE OFFER:** * All statutory benefits * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Funeral expense support for immediate family members * Educational support (for employees) * 100% salary contribution to IMSS * Profit-sharing (PTU) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
