Job Summary: We are seeking a graduate in International Trade or International Business with experience in import and export traffic to coordinate customs clearance and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of customs clearance and port operations 2. Management of customs systems and Mexican regulatory frameworks 3. Export management and customer service Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Customs, International Trade, International Business, or related fields. **Experience** * Familiarity with Annex 22 (Pedimento filing). * Proficiency in the CASA system. * Knowledge of RRNA. * Understanding of Mexican regulatory standards. * Experience in scheduling port terminal operations. * Relationships with shipping lines at ports. * Coordination of customs clearance procedures. Specific Requirements: * Educational level: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Customs / Bachelor’s degree in International Business * Technical requirement: Knowledge of systems, customs portals, and yards. * Familiarity with the Customs Law, restrictions, and tariff regulations Responsibilities: * Customer service. * Documentation of cargo handling, pedimento payments, payments to shipping lines, detention fee settlements, and guarantee recoveries. * Daily activity planning with support staff. * Monthly updating of customer records and data. * Multitasking abilities. * Revalidation. * Coordination and execution of exports (empty container pickup, booking documentation on portals, scheduling inbound handling operations). * Maintaining organized files, references, and case records. * Supervision and control of operations. * Coordination with customers, importers, and exporters to ensure timely shipments. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM 2-hour lunch break from 2–4 PM Saturday: 9 AM–1 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * Does the salary meet your needs? * What is your age?
