Career growth plan Job Objective Coordinate and supervise the efficient flow of goods, ensuring on-time delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with current legal and customs regulations. Main Responsibilities * **Shipment Management:** Coordinate domestic and international shipments (multimodal). * **Monitoring:** Timely tracking of vehicles and status notifications to internal/external customers. * **Documentation:** Preparation and review of Waybills, Bills of Lading (BL), invoicing, packing lists, and import/export files. * **Suppliers:** Negotiate with carriers and manage services with Customs Brokers. * **KPIs:** Reporting on transit times, freight costs, and on-time delivery performance. Candidate Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field (degree preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **Incoterms 2020**. * ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Intelisis, etc.). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and data cross-referencing). * English: \[Basic / Intermediate / Advanced]. * **Skills:** Quick response capability, negotiation skills, and excellent organizational ability.
