We are seeking a daring Temporary Vessel Operations Assistant to join our team and make a difference. What Profiles Are We Seeking? We want someone as unique as a clownfish in the ocean. Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics-Administration, or related fields. Desirable 1-year experience in maritime/foreign trade, logistics, or administration. Knowledge of maritime operations and foreign trade. Advanced English (fluent oral and written communication with clients and captains). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Basic knowledge of billing and expense accounts. Familiarity with customs procedures is desirable. Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. Organization and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Your teamwork is your anchor, and problem-solving your compass. Supervise and coordinate the administrative operations of temporary vessels from the office. Generate and send detailed operational reports for each port call. Coordinate timely and accurate port nominations. Prepare proforma invoices and ensure proper billing. Manage crew changes, delivery of spare parts, and provisions. Monitor and close operational expense accounts without pending items. Provide client support (charterers, brokers, shipowners) to ensure efficient operations.
