As a **Customs Analyst (CTPAT \- OEA)**, you will be responsible for: * Assessing CTPAT and OEA regulatory compliance requirements across facilities, operations, and supply chain processes through internal audits and documentary reviews of LMCA plants and business partners (Customs Brokers, Warehouses, and Distribution Centers). * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of supply chain security programs, ensuring effective application of physical, operational, documentary, and administrative controls. * Identifying and analyzing supply chain security risks, proposing and tracking corrective and preventive actions. * Participating in internal and external audits, as well as CTPAT\-OEA validation visits. * Developing and delivering training to involved personnel on CTPAT–OEA security policies, procedures, and best practices. * Managing and updating program documentation, ensuring retention of evidence, reports, compliance metrics, and records required by authorities and customers. * Audits related to RECE (Empresa Certificada Registration) compliance. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in International Trade. * 3 years of experience. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of the Prisma customs system. * Experience using VUCEM. * Experience using the CTPAT portal. * Experience conducting CPAT/OEA/CIVA process audits. * Experience developing CTPAT/OEA profiles. * General knowledge of trade benefit programs. *Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.* *Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
