Participates in continuous improvement and safety initiatives **Job Description** Manage assigned personnel to execute reports, processes, and work-area requirements according to the work plan and to achieve compliance with management-established metrics; pursuing continuous improvement while following the organization's established processes. 2\.1 Ensure compliance with the ABCD audit program per zone, aiming to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity. 2\.2 Ensure timely response and follow-up on internal customer requirements—including Production, Warehouse, Receiving, Import \& Export, and Corporate—using operational platforms and tools such as Mpower, Outlook, Radio Frequency, and AS400\. 2\.3 Guarantee proper shift handover and takeover, ensuring operational continuity by tracking pending items, activity statuses, and assigned team equipment. 2\.4 Maintain control and safeguarding of operation-assigned equipment—including RF radios, trackers, forklifts, scales, computers, and other devices essential to operations—ensuring appropriate registration and traceability. 2\.5 Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, routing relevant reports to EHS and/or Maintenance departments as applicable. 2\.6 Verify that work-area conditions comply with established safety guidelines, maintaining constant communication with EHS, Maintenance, and Human Resources departments to address risks or deviations. 2\.7 Ensure execution and proper delivery of operational, safety, and institutional meetings (e.g., “Todos Contamos”), keeping personnel informed about key topics related to operations, safety, and compliance. 2\.8 Supervise the returns process, verifying correct processing and material location according to information on labels generated in the Returns Assistant system, and ensuring no materials remain unprocessed in fictitious locations. 2\.9 Track divisional operational requirements—including material relabeling and scrap processing—ensuring correct execution per established procedures. 2\.10 Ensure accurate processing of counted, identified, and processed materials for their relocation into inventory using the Found Assistant tool. 2\.11 Supervise correct processing, picking, and identification of materials, as well as compliance with required entries in controlled-room logbooks, ensuring timely delivery to internal customers such as Production and Warehouse. 2\.12 Ensure compliance with the disciplinary matrix, Internal Work Regulations (RIT), EHS policies, and operational metrics—maintaining documented performance evaluations and applying corrective actions when necessary. 2\.13 Complete training and comply with applicable procedures within the EtQ Reliance platform, ensuring appropriate adherence to the Quality Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 2\.14 Manage assigned personnel via the Tress system—tracking vacations, leaves, adjustments, and other administrative movements—to ensure adequate operational coverage and task completion. 2\.15 Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and corporate programs such as 5S, MKOS, Kaizen, and EHS safety programs. 2\.16 Maintain effective communication with immediate supervisor regarding any situation potentially impacting operational results, and propose improvements aimed at enhancing process quality, efficiency, and safety. o Experience / Technical Knowledge * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices * Knowledge of ISO13485:2016 (Desirable) * Advanced knowledge of AS400 or inventory management systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Advanced English o Competencies / Soft Skills * Leadership * Analytical thinking * Personnel management * Communication skills * Sense of urgency * Strong work ethic o Academic Qualifications * Professional degree Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
