Location: El Refugio / La Pradera area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that support assistance is correct and timely. * Install computer equipment and printers. * Follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance plans. * Establish best practices across the entire technical support process. * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for technical support. * Second- and third-level support. * Project development * Complaint tracking * Installation of software and local networks REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in: Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the position WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits and above.
