Tracking of purchase order reports in SAP for sterilizer payment, resolution of purchase order discrepancies, closure of open orders, and review and confirmation that all orders are accurate for payment processing. Supervision of seal control reporting, assignment of customs entry serial numbers, verification of accuracy of information, and follow-up to ensure timely and proper updating of STC and other related tools. Preparation and review of customs entries, updating of information, generation of payment reports for such entries, review of regulatory compliance, health permits, Rule Eighth provisions, and customs entry serial numbers. Supervision of processing times for import and export procedures involving equipment, spare parts, and consumables across various software systems used. Review and supervision of import, export, and empty container loads to achieve optimal balance between cargo volumes and the plant’s varying requirements. Coordination of import and export processes to ensure operational balance, as well as monitoring of urgent shipments and incidents arising from customs or logistics issues—or any other factors disrupting the delivery process of goods. Tracking of obligations related to information transmission to various government systems, contingency customs clearances, data deletion, retransmissions, etc. Maintain necessary records for monitoring and reporting the status of invoices undergoing FDA release clearance to internal and external customers. Coordinate proper processing of in-bond shipments, tax calculation, and monitoring of expiration timelines. Support internal and/or external foreign trade and customs audits. Review of invoices from logistics chain participants prior to payment. Provide support during customs inspections when required. Provide support and information to various positions within the company’s department, actively participate in improvement projects, and attend training sessions. **Communications** Ensure effective communication of changes related to responsibilities. Timely notification of situations requiring immediate action or managerial follow-up. Consistent communication with other department members and other areas requiring this service. **Employee Relations** Ensure maintenance of professional and courteous relationships with department members, company personnel, suppliers, and customers. **Safety and Health** Implement necessary measures to comply with the company’s information security, industrial safety, and occupational health procedures. **Quality Systems** Follow procedures established by the Quality Department and complete company quality system training requirements. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** Experience / Technical Knowledge Proficiency in PC software (Excel, Word, Office, AS400\) Millennium, CSAAWIN); Intermediate-level English (written and spoken) (85%) Basic knowledge of tariff classification of medical products preferred.
