Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager with solid experience in end-to-end accounting and tax process management, and leadership of operations for an accounting firm. Professional Development An accounting firm is seeking an **Accounting Manager** with solid experience in end-to-end accounting and tax process management, as well as operational leadership. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience in an accounting firm as a manager** * Proficiency in **COMPAQi** (Accounting, Payroll, and Invoicing) * Up-to-date knowledge of **tax regulations** * Proficiency in **SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE** * Experience using portals: **SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT** **Knowledge of:** * VAT refunds * LFPIORPI (Federal Law on Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicit Proceeds) * Foreign trade operations * Microsoft Office Suite **Responsibilities** * Recording of accounting journal entries * Preparation of bank reconciliations * Monthly and annual financial closings * Calculation and review of taxes * Fulfillment of tax obligations * Payroll calculation and electronic stamping (hires, terminations, and incidents) * Management of SUA, IDSE, and IMSS * Invoicing * Monitoring of tax payments * Preparation of financial statements * Analysis of trial balance * Client service and follow-up **Competencies** * Leadership * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Effective communication with clients **We Offer** * Monthly salary under a “assimilated income” scheme * Job stability * Professional development * 12 vacation days per year * 15-day year-end bonus Work Location: Condesa Position Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How far is Parque México (Condesa) from your residence? * What is your expected salary?
