




Summary: This role involves reviewing and approving complex export orders, assisting with tariff classification, resolving supply chain issues, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. Maintain low-risk importer status **Long Description** -------------------- **Principal Accountabilities** *In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:* * Reviews complex daily orders placed on export hold, recommends release, and approves orders (e.g., regulated chemicals, denied persons/countries, controlled software). * Assists with tariff classification research for imported/exported products. * Collaborates with Product Management and Customer Account Services to resolve supply chain issues. * Clears inbound and outbound shipments using appropriate system programs. * Maintains the company’s low\-risk importer status by ensuring adequate compliance controls. * Coordinates the nationalization process for shipments, working with logistics suppliers to ensure timely and compliant processing. * Ensure all necessary documents are available and properly handled to facilitate the nationalization process and meet company requirements. * Communicates the availability and release of merchandise to expedite the billing process. **Principal Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in customs administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience in North American import and export processes (USA, CAN, MEX). * Strong knowledge of international trade concepts. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Conversational English. * SAP proficiency (preferred). **Job Segment:** Logistics, Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain, SAP, Operations, Technology
