





Position Objective Analyze sales and battery distribution orders to develop training, processing, and shipping programs. Manage resources to minimize inventory discrepancies and prevent impacts on assembly, customer service, and material usage. Responsible for implementing and maturing the company's Manufacturing System (CMS) within the area. Position Profile Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Professional Experience: Previous experience required in areas such as laboratory, quality control, process engineering, quality assurance, and the automotive industry. Specific Knowledge: MRP systems, Office suite, inventory management, material usage variance reports, work orders, APICS, MFG, customs law, C\-TPAT, CACEM, NEEC, battery manufacturing, EAD model, Six Sigma, manufacturing system, and CAPS (8D) system. Languages: Intermediate\-advanced English . Functions and Responsibilities* Implement practices and requirements of the Manufacturing System (CMS). * Analyze sales and distribution orders to schedule battery shipments and formation. * Develop shipping and transportation programs. * Manage inventories of green and formed batteries. * Ensure legal compliance in shipping and customs. * Supervise forklift operator activities and equipment maintenance. * Prepare shipping documentation in the MFG system. * Coordinate area organization and cleanliness. * Participate in scheduled physical inventories. * Administer shifts, vacations, and attendance in the KRONOS system. * Lead high\-performance teams (HPTs). * Generate transportation requirements in the TMC system. * Handle and manage waste (when applicable). * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
