We are currently seeking your talent to join our **MEXPROUD SHIPPING** team as: **SALES SUPPORT** What will help you succeed: \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Business, International Relations, or related field. \- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in this role. \- Experience with Incoterms, maritime, air, and land freight, and freight forwarding. \- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. \- Strong communication skills. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Prospecting new clients. \- Following up with existing clients. \- Assisting with rate requests, quotations, and tracking. \- Maintaining and updating the client and prospect database. \- Generating business opportunities for the company’s commercial department. \- Supporting other commercial activities. \- Entering issued quotations into the system. **We offer:** \- Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \- All statutory benefits. \- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:30 hrs. \- Workplace location: Polanco.
