Therefore, we are looking to hire a **Sales Support** professional in Mexico City, with a commercial orientation, results-driven mindset, and business vision. **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct support to the sales team in preparing quotations. * Customer and commercial opportunity follow-up. * Coordination with suppliers and operational departments. * Analysis of freight rates and logistics proposals. * Support in domestic and international operations. **Key Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation. * Knowledge of **cargo cubication**. * Proficiency in **Incoterms**. * Experience working across various industries (automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, high-tech, project cargo). * Experience supporting multiple sales representatives. * Familiarity with quotation systems. * Ability to generate multiple quotations daily. * Knowledge of: Major ports in Mexico, major global ports, key port routes and trade relationships. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Highly **service-oriented and approachable**. * **Proactive**, with an excellent attitude. * Strong **sense of urgency**. * Organized and results-oriented. * Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** MXN $14,000–$16,000 net per month * **Location:** Benito Juárez Borough * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00 hrs | Short Friday * **Benefits and Perks:** * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Grocery and restaurant vouchers * Corporate membership If you have experience in this sector and seek to join a solid, growing organization with international projection, we invite you to apply.
